New PS Question on 02/19/2015 from {entry_id}

I recently had my second breast augmentation. 1st in 2000, I had 240cc saline and 2nd in 2014, I had saline replaced with 325cc silicone. I love my surgeon and have 100% trust in him. However, I am unhappy with the size. Going from 240cc I suppose I was naive into thinking I would be a full C. I did speak to him recently about how i felt he states 325 is all he could do because I am too narrow and it would be asking for problems.. I cant help but notice women my size (athletic build) that have 400 plus cc with zero problems..I hate the thought of going to another surgeon. Please share your thoughts. I am 5’7″ and 119 lbs.

New PS Question on 02/17/2015 from {entry_id}

Hello, I am a 56 year old woman and I would like to know how much will a breast lift cost.

New PS Question on 01/14/2015 from {entry_id}

I am 42 years old with 4 children. I had 3 natural births, baby #4 was a c-section two years ago. It left me with a pouch and a lot of numbness. I am bothered by both very much. I am having such a hard time finding a Dr. that is a tummy tuck specialist. I also would also prefer a hospital over a surgical suite. I am really afraid of having more numbness. Are there doctors that pay attention to the numbness issue? Or is it just a gamble? Thank You, Laura

I started my company shortly after my 47th birthday, in response to the suggestion “Create what you desire.”

I desired meaningful work, community, compassion, integrity, self-care, and helping others. I didn’t see this in the mental health field where I was working, so I created my own oasis of healing for issues surrounding weight and food. I combined my years of meditation, with my degree in mental health, to form Mindful Life Weight Loss.

We help people to lose weight through a mindfulness-based integrative approach. We start with self-care and compassion as the foundation for everything we do. Our focus is on integrating all areas of a person’s life to achieve optimum well-being, inside and out.
