
I am 37 years old, 5’0 and weigh 170 lbs. I exercise at least 3 times a week for an hour but I still can’t lose the weight or the fat on my back, thighs, and muffin top. Do I need to have a surgeon done in order to loose all of it? I am extremely depressed about this.
