I learned about using the salt coating for the chicken from epicurious.com, which said: “Rain about 1 tablespoon of the salt over the bird so that it has a nice uniform coating that will result in a crisp, salty, flavorful skin . When it’s cooked, you should still be able to make out the salt baked onto the crisp skin.”

Vann (the world’s best exercise and diet guru, as far as I’m concerned)  told me the ideal fruits for my diet are berries and apples, so I’m sticking to those and eliminating the half of banana I ate every morning.  Bananas are excellent sources of potassium, and are high in a wide variety of beneficial nutrients such as vitamin A, a range of B vitamins, vitamin C, folic acid, magnesium and calcium, but they’re high in carbohydrates and sugar, so it’s best to cut them out while I’m on a mission to loss weight, especially belly fat.

My seven-day step average was approximately 9,000 steps, according to my Fitbit app. I walk fewer steps on weekdays, but generally make up for the deficit over the weekend.

    ‘Sits below the waist’ jeans are the toughest measure for belly bulge you could have picked! How brave! Here’s hoping your program is successful.
    I’m with Christie Brinkley, however – she says her secret to looking good in jeans is wearing only jeans that sit at the waist.
