With over 40,000 people trained globally in Co-Active coaching and leadership skills, CTI (www.coactive.com) supports the growth of its alumni Community, through a team of Ambassadors who represent the company in cities across North America. This passionate team of Co-Active learners and leaders provide opportunities for our alumni to deepen their learning and expand their personal network through continuing professional development events. Ambassadors also invite local businesses to learn more about the value of building conscious interpersonal relationships; contribute to the local community through social responsibility programs; and provide opportunities for the local community to create new connections and friendships. At all times there are many opportunities for people new to CTI to experience the transformative power of Co-Active coaching and human connection. We look forward to meeting you!

Cynthia Sumner
Cynthia is a life artist who’s passionate about the power of co-creating. As a Co-Active trained coach and Leader-in-Training, she works as “the muse of delight”, inviting others to discover their wild sense of possibility and true nature. Cynthia has been a key player in building non-profits, growing small businesses, and developing educational programming for at-risk youth. She’s been both a mentor and a leader with a playful way of encouraging people to get out on the dance floor of life. Cynthia has a BFA from the San Francisco Art Institute, is a certified Sustainable Landscape Designer and loves to create space for aliveness to flourish.

Irene Fehr
Irene is a fire igniter who is on a mission to awaken and connect people to their life force and inner power. She is a confidence and sexuality coach who works with savvy, progressive, high-achieving women to help them access their power, energy and purpose – from the bedroom to the boardroom. Irene is a CTI-trained Co-Active coach and is certified in sexuality coaching by OneTaste. Irene played with different careers paths, including poring over philosophy at Stanford University and Barnard College, marketing corporate products and services for some of the world’s largest companies, supporting non-profits, volunteering abroad, and catering a wedding for 100 people.

Dana Crawford, CPCC
Dana Crawford is an Executive Coach with a Zen twist! She is the founder and owner of Satori Inspired, a coaching and consulting business that helps clients to start living life with passion. Dana has over 20 years of Executive Sales Management training and experience and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from New Mexico State University and an Executive MBA from Pepperdine University. In 2010, she received her CPCC (Certified Professional Co-Active Coach designation) from CTI and in 2013 completed CTI Co-Active Leadership program. Dana is the Director of In-Person Programs for ICFLA.

Dr. Laura Ciel, PsyD
Dr. Ciel is a coach, psychologist and radio show host who is passionate about empowering individuals and groups to create the lives they want to be living, especially in times of crisis or transition. Whether through her private work or her weekly radio program, The Dr. Laura Ciel Show, her intention is to inspire change and transformation in the world. She has her MA and PsyD in Clinical Psychology and is licensed in California as a psychologist. Laura became a certified coach through CTI’s Paris-based program, then returned to the US and completed CTI’s Co-Active Leadership Program. Laura loves to travel, meet new people, and speaks French fluently.
