THE CTI AMBASSADOR PROGRAM
With over 40,000 people trained globally in Co-Active coaching and leadership skills, CTI (www.coactive.com) supports the growth of its alumni Community, through a team of Ambassadors who represent the company in cities across North America. This passionate team of Co-Active learners and leaders provide opportunities for our alumni to deepen their learning and expand their personal network through continuing professional development events. Ambassadors also invite local businesses to learn more about the value of building conscious interpersonal relationships; contribute to the local community through social responsibility programs; and provide opportunities for the local community to create new connections and friendships. At all times there are many opportunities for people new to CTI to experience the transformative power of Co-Active coaching and human connection. We look forward to meeting you!

Gretchen Baker, CPCC
Gretchen is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) working with women who are ready to reinvent and re-imagine their lives. A former marketing communications professional with a B.A. in Communications from Miami University (OH), her background includes 13 years developing media and marketing plans for large corporations such as Kraft, Coca-Cola, Wilson, and Reebok. After leaving the corporate world to be a stay-at-home mom, Gretchen became an active volunteer for her kids’ schools. However it was working with her own life coach that she realized her desire to make a powerful difference in the world and became a coach herself. Her life experience and expertise help form her coaching philosophy that understanding who we are, identifying what we value, and getting clarity about what we want, are the keys to realizing our full potential in life.

Ken Carlson, CPCC
Ken is a poet, coach, and an authenticity geek. Ken has a passion for CTI and to this Chicagoland Co-Active community. He is especially excited about the potential for transformation (personally and professionally) that flows from the world class coach training and the leadership program. As a graduate of CTI’s Leadership Program in 2011, Ken’s quest is to love and teach others to love by living authentically. He is on a journey of self-discovery and he is committed to helping others do the same. He believes that the only way to give and receive REAL love is to be REAL with ourselves. Ken started Authentic Development in 2008 in order to help people come alive. Since then he has coached hundreds and spoken to thousands about this journey of authenticity. He also wrote a book of poems called Come Alive.

Dana Kadue, CPCC
Dana Kadue is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and graduate of CTI’s Leadership program. As a catalyst for radical change, she brings her fun, playful, and effective style to individuals, leaders, and teams. Dana founded Life Flow coaching in 2011 and sits on the board of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Minnesota Chapter. She serves also on the executive board of BreathLogic, and is a volunteer coach and facilitator of Renewing Life at Pathways, Minneapolis. Her own experience of realizing radical change impassions Dana in aiding coaches to raise the bar and brand of coaching. She blends her 25 year corporate background in senior technology leadership (Thomson Reuters, Best Buy) with proven techniques of neuroscience and practices of transformation to enable her clients to Know… Grow… Flow their potential.
