GETTING IN LINE
Although big lips contoured with strong color pencils are yesterday’s news, lip liners actually are really important tools that define the lips and make them look fuller. They also help settle the lipstick, especially on the upper lip. Choose a liner color similar to your lipstick, make sure that it’s well sharpened, then apply it by following your natural lip contours. If you find that tricky to do, draw short fine dashes from the middle of the top of your upper lip to the corner on one side, then repeat it on the other side of your lip. Follow the same process on the lower lips, then fill in the gaps on the lines of dashes.
